30 min. run/walk
Not a very productive day… But heck l did my best for today..
Just got home!
Must say that my Sunday afternoon was productive.. =)
-walk on my way to the gym
-treadmill: walk and run
-squats with 18lbs. bar
-leg press with 95lbs.
-shoulder press with 40lbs.
Now, I’m going to enjoy my meal..
