Grabbed a can of dr pepper from the fridge, opened it, drank it… Stopped.. Then, stood up to put the can of soda away and make myself a cup of green tea instead..
Went to the gym after 5 days of slacking off.. Grrrr.. It wasn’t easy; felt pretty guilty about it…
Love the feeling after working out.. Feels like I’ve accomplished so much.. =)
I weighed myself today, l’m at 153.80lbs.. Compared to 157 something lbs last month..
Supposed to be at the gym right now.. But am home… Ooooh, it’s one of those days.. Everyone deserves a break right??? I’ve completed 3/5 days, I’ll be back on track this weekend..
Still in need of a good sports bra? Suggestions?

Yesterday, l ran for 12min. 5 min. nonstop.. The rest is combined with walking..
Today, l ran for 14min., combined with walking.. Still proud of myself..

30min. elliptical
15min. weight training, squat, stretching

Oh my, l just woke up now (2:52pm) after sleeping at 5 in the morning.. The gym closes at 5pm today.. I’m going to grab something to eat and go.. Let’s workout!!!!
