My food choice tonight wasn’t ideal considering the fact that I really want to lose weight buuutttt…… on the bright side, I did enjoy my walk/run with my cousin tonight.. Take note, I was able to resist having snacks after the run.. =)

-20 min. slow walk
-50 squats
-100 lifts on each arm (5lbs)
-1hr run/walk
